Q. Am I responsible for my co-pay before I am seen?
A. Yes, we require your co-payment before being seen. If there is an additional amount due, you will be billed once your claim is submitted to your health insurance carrier.
Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. We accept cash, debit and credit cards.
Q. Do you have X-Ray?
A. Yes, Total Urgent Care has on-site X-Ray.
Q. Do you dispense medication?
A. Yes, Total Urgent Care has a limited pharmacy of prescription cash and carry drugs.
Q. At what age do you see children?
A. Total Urgent Care currently sees children age 2 and older.

Q. Are you hiring?
A. Total Urgent Care hires on an as-needed basis, but welcomes resumes to keep on file for future opportunities. If you are interested in employment, please send a resume to email@example.com.
Q. Where are you located?
A. Total Urgent Care is located in the Emmorton Business Park. Emmorton Business Park is located in Edgewood on Edgewood Road near Rt. 24 and I-95. We are located in the business park with Holiday Inn Express, Days Inn, and La Quinta Inn & Suites and directly across the street from Best Western and El Rodeo.
Q. Can I be seen even though I do not have health insurance?
A. Yes, Total Urgent Care currently sees patients without health insurance for a low cost based on the scope of the visit. Payment is due at the time of service. We do not bill patients for medical services.
